“Ran into an issue a few weeks ago that was entirely of my own doing, but the bankers at this particular branch (Brownsburg IN) were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly nice about the issue and took the time to keep meeting with as we worked through it. Mr. Ethan Hess was particularly helpful, he took the time to keep meeting with me, trying new approaches to the issue, etc. He always made time to talk over the phone or meet in person as I needed. Truly an incredible person, and I highly recommend meeting with him to resolve any bank issues.I can't speak as highly of Chase's fraud and legal departments however. You get put on perpetual holds and call transfers, and it almost feels like every person you talk to either has no clue what's going on, or doesn't want to take any responsibility to help resolve your issue. Expect to spend hours on the phone if you run into an issue with these departments. This is, again, where having a good in-person banker will help a lot, and I recommend the bankers at this branch of Chase.”
