I have been going to this park throughout my childhood. It has been the location of many of my high school cross country practices and meets. Arbuckle park will always have many happy memories for me.The park has only improved with time- large modern shelters with plenty of picnic seating, paved trails, and the grounds are kept nicely and clean. There is a new playground which is a great place to take your kids. There has been a lot of new construction with housing and new restaurants added. Right now (November 2023) looks like Arbuckle park is setting up for a light display for the upcoming holidays. Arbuckle park is a great place to have a family, friends enjoy the amenities and make memories for a lifetime.

Hey y'all, it's me again with another true to life review. If Bob Ross was going to paint a picture of a park this would be his pallet because it is very versatile but small. The park has playground, natural flowing water, restrooms and trails. Sometimes a fair. I wish the playground was bigger even as an adult, mostly cause I can still hear my welp scream with joy. All in favor of a sound proof barrier?Playground: Wish it was bigger.Restrooms: Really, nice actually for a park.Dog-friendliness: They let me inPicnic area: You mean grass? Yes there is grass for your, picnic.

By FAR THEE best park in the Burg!! Abundant shelters and open space. Baseball, tennis, batting practice, trails, bridges, water, BBQ pits, fire pits, play ground Is awesome, lots to do here!! And there's just tons of parking. Big park spread out far and wide full of play and adventure or just sit and relax. Never really been to crowded. Right in the very heart of down town too! So clean and great place to walk dogs, be sure to check out the expanded Trail that run along the back of the Baseball fields and wind all the way to the Wal-Mart!! That's a hidden gem!! It's great for Birdwatching!

This is definitely on my list of favorite parks near me. Multiple trails to walk, so even if you want to just get out of the house for a bit you don't need to go on the hilly trails. Lots of covered spots to sit and have a little picnic. An absolute jem of a park, always so pretty and clean.

There are plenty of picnic areas and gorgeous flowers.Playground: Cute playgrounds for kiddos.Dog-friendliness: I saw lots of dogs on the walking paths.Picnic area: Lots of picnic tables and shelters for picnics or barbeques.

Very nice park. Well taken care of. Also, with the 'rubber' playground, they've put the safety of the children first.

The park is a beautiful place to go. There is a nice large play ground for children. Walking trails that provide a beautiful view of the water and lots of baby geese right now. Here you can also find basketball courts and baseball Dimonds. The park could use a little adjustment. The kids park is very close to the exit road. It would be a good idea if ever coming in to revamp this park to adjust the flow of traffic away from this area or to enclose the kids area to keep young ones safer. we have seen a few near mishap moments with children getting confused with the walking trail and road. A bit of distinction could be useful. The restrooms....they were rough even for park restrooms.

We went for a baseball game. There's a port-a-potty bathroom bank and a concession stand avilable. The fields are nice and bleachers at each. Pleanty of parking. The otherside of the park has the playground and down by the creek there are walking paths. This park is a hit with the family all the time!Playground: Great playground at the far end of the park with a large parking lot near it.Restrooms: Port-a-potties.Picnic area: There are several picnic areas that may be reserved through the Parks Department. Covered and BBQ available.

The play structures are pretty cool with lots of good options for physical and pretend play.
