About Valley House Flats
Hours on Saturday & Sunday are by appointment only. Please call or email to schedule. Constructed in downtown Brookville, Indiana in 1852, the Valley House Flats (originally called Valley House Hotel) served as an inn to canal travelers and town visitors. Today, it has become an apartment community designed for older, active adult in both the "Historic" and Annex buildings. With studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 to 1,200 square feet, there is something designed for everyone.

The manager Melissa Dixon is super nice awesome manager...also want to recognized Francisco,he is an awesome Maintenance man,very nice very friendly..

We have moved many times over the years from selling the farm to subdivision , town house to traveling in our RV . This is our first apartment and we love our new home . Valley House Flats is managed by truly awesome people . The team makes us feel right at home .. We are very thankful for our new home and friends .
