“My 4 month old ESA had just had her shots, right before I came to the store. I did verbally tell everyone that she is my registered emotional support animal. No one verbally complained, which I did appreciate. And I didn't mention it in my CVS review. But they did give me side glances even after I told them she was my ESA. But there was no active negativity, so I did appreciate that. I've been in places that wouldn't even allow me through the door without her shot record, and I always have it on hand thankfully. But they didn't even ask to see it. Which was also appreciated, because it is a little off-putting when they request in some places, but I'm never turned away thankfully. My puppy had her shots at 915 and my appointment wasn't until 11:30 and I arrived at the store at 10, and asked if I could get them early, and the pharmacist was kind enough to agree, just advised that it would be 15-20 min. Which was fine. And again, appreciated. Much better service there than I have had in the past. So a big thumbs up from me!”
