Horrible customer service. Owner is so rude and hung up on me before I could even get a word in. They picked up our trailer and then damaged it and they say they are not responsible. I beg you not to qork qith this company. It's been over a month and we still don't have our trailer. Still getting fixed and thier insurance won't pay for it. They don't care about your property. They just want the money.

In Boise I saw a driver pulling a large camper changing lanes abruptly with minimal clearance and on top of that, no brake lights! As I passed I saw t was a professional driver and was so disappointed.

Had phone interview with owner , told her I had a speeding ticket 6 years ago I went up there and and then find out according to them there insurance won't cover me , but I have insurance thru great western causality no problem, it's bs

We transported a 30' travel trailer from OH to CA. Jen at Hoosier was great to work with. She kept me well informed, pick-up was timely & delivery was early. The driver called ahead for scheduling and it was a super smooth trip! No hidden costs or surprises. Would definitely recommend.

they book to ship one of my vehicle ,which we book on Wednesday to pick up on Friday,i call Friday to dispatch for update and she told me she is gonna call me back with update which never happened,and driver call 6 pm on Friday saying he is late to pickup my vehicle and auction is closed,and he is not gonna wait till Monday to pickup my vehicle,i waste bunch of money on storage because of this company,All this 5 star reviews i guess is fake,Stay away if u don't wanna be screwed like us.Garic
