This store has a lot of convenient things but it's very rude and inconvenient that they don't allow customers to use their restroom. There's a big sign that says out of order, but it's not out of order. They just choose not to let people use it. Several months ago, my 87 year old grandmother needed to go, and we had to leave the store to take her elsewhere so she could relieve herself. Then, the same thing today, I had to drive to a nearby restaurant to go use a bathroom. Corporate should mandate they allow customers access to a bathroom.

Rude staff. They don't help you at all and they talk about you right there in front of other people. Maybe they should be retrained again

This is the worst Dollar General...I have lived in Bristol for 25 yrs and the customer service is horrible. If you ask where something is located or have an issue they are super rude .

So there is a guy who works at this store who is always very short with people and pretty rude. If you have a customer service job, you should probably not be a douche bag to your customers. Also, why do most workers at a dollar general that have self checkout get visibly or audibly upset when we as customers don't want to scan our own stuff? I don't get paid to do the store clerks job. I have been asked by an employee if I was actually going to make them go to the register...? Wow! Yes, that's what you get paid for.

Dirty. Disorganized. Rude grumpy staff. Never stocked. Shelf price is always marked lower than actual purchase price. (Check your reciepts) they also never give you the deals they have advertised on the shelf they charge full price. Haven't had medicine in stock for almost 12 months now. That aisle had been empty. But don't worry. They do manage to stock the produce that is super expensive. But not diapers or womans hygiene products. Also if you use FEDEX DROPOFF they lose your package and it won't get picked up. If I could give this store zero stars i would.
