The Jim Kissinger review is just what my husband also agreed with - Dave Kissinger - he couldn't say enough good things about Bristol Automotive Parts, Inc. Thank goodness that the breakdown of the boat trailer was close to the exit where the parts store was. They had the parts and tools they needed and were able to go on to their fishing trip for the week! PS They did pretty good fishing walleye on Lake Erie!

The people at Bristol Auto parts are awesome! We recently had a bearing go out on our boat trailer on the way to a vacation. We managed to get the trailer to their store. They went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Great people, great prices! ? Thank you Barb and your crew for ALL your help!

2 years ago we were traveling from Pennsylvania to a huge motocross race in Michigan when we had a wheel bearing in our camper fail. It was Friday and about closing time and the lady at the counter went above and beyond to help get us the proper parts.

I want to clarify that the service alone is a solid 5/5. The staff has always been incredibly helpful whenever I have needed the occasional tool or car part. What forces me to drop their rating two stars is for their overall lack of cleanliness and organization. Tools and other parts take up every inch of wall space, shelving, display cases, and floor space. As I waited for a line to be made, I made my way down the aisles to see what all they have to offer. And boy is it a LOT. I noticed that many of the items in the place are OLD. Like antique old. Which was only made more easily identifiable by the thick layer of dust on everything. I have to imagine that some of the chemicals and products have an expiration date? If so, they obviously don't care very much. I would think this would be a priority, as it hinders quality. The overall clutter, cleanliness, and lack of throwing out old products just makes the owner seem like a cheap hoarder. I get anxiety just looking around here. I truly believe management should step in and do something about items they no longer sell or are expired. Trash chemical products that can't be saved and hold a massive 50% off sale for tools and the rest. Items that cant be sold from there can continue to be discounted until purchased or eventually tossed This place has promise if they gave it a good deep clean and did some remodeling. The staff is great but that's all I can say about that.
