As someone who frequently gets packages via USPS, I have time and time before picked up packages from the office itself, HOWEVER, if you’re going to do this, do it when there is only younger looking staff as the older staff are very inconsiderate and don’t wanna help you in the slightest. Was told “we never do pickups here” recently and I called them out saying that was a lie because I almost pick up most of my packages from the office, and was promptly told to leave and was told I won’t be getting my package, very inconsiderate and rude old staff. Just be aware who works there and who looks “older” and “younger” when getting or shipping packages.

Late payment fee and interest because the bill payment I sent here took 6 weeks for delivery. My relative works in Bremen and they said they are always getting late payment notices from mail that was sent from this post office. I have not had any other issue at other post offices. I will also say this is not the first issues we have had with this PO. That is all I will say, just avoid this PO.

Please actually stay open until 5pm on the days you are supposed to. Locking up early is not cool. I came to the post office a few minutes before 5pm on 2/24/20. Some of us may not be able to get there until a few minutes before you close. You are there after 5pm, anyways, so there is absolutely no reason to lock up early!

They keep losing our mail. Packages, bill payments, etc.. I had to finally pay all of my bills online. So they're losing money from that. So, now I'm told to send my mail first class with a tracker. I get it! Let's lose peoples mail so we can make more money. They said, "once it leaves their post office it's out of their hands" ... Convenient

It used to be bad here but the service has really improved. The place is small and 3 people in line can make service slow but that's just how it is. Unfortunately there isn't a kiosk which I think would greatly improve speed.

This post office lost my package October.1,2016 delivered to the wrong address and the wrong resident wrong city they should have checked for the right address not happy mad as hell on shipping label computer error or human error out of pocket expense $80.00
