“I tried Auto Park Ford in Laporte but they were really confused on whether the extended warranty would cover the work. They told me it may cost me $1600 but they wouldn’t know until they take it apart and send pictures. I called the Bremen store and Jeremy, Jarod, the finance manager (can’t remember his name), and Logan took great care of me. Did the research and showed the heater core is covered. They made sure I had a vehicle to use while mine was down and kept me updated. They even went up and beyond and cleaned my truck too. This is a great team in Bremen. I’ll definitely be going there for my next vehicle. Please Thank them again for me. In a society that has forgot the importance of customer service this team is bringing it back and reminding people it still exists.”
