Wonderful group to take your car too. I had a major evap leak code on my car. I took it in & Matt & his guys did a smoke test & nothing was escaping. After several hours of unhooking & re hooking back up parts the code was gone so they figured a connection was loose & that was the issue. They gave me a break on the cost of the smoke test & I was good to go. After 300 miles of driving no more service engine soon alerts & I am getting 30 miles a gallon out of a 2010 car. So so happy. They could have said parts needed replaced & I would not have know the difference. These guys are so honest & upfront. Love them.

Outstanding service. We were traveling down I-70, pulling our 5th wheel camper, when one of our front wheels started making a LOUD grinding sound. They couldn't get us in that afternoon, but pre ordered what they thought would be the fix and worked us in the next morning. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Towed my car here after breaking down on the interstate. The customer service alone at this place is worth the time to check them out. Although they couldn't end up fixing my vehicle (German-made vehicle), they didn't charge for the work attempting to fix it (diagnosing/recharging batteries) and helped coordinate a tow to the dealership to get the car fixed. Thank you so much!

Given that there are 2 ratings, and 1 of them is a 1 star, let's stop to realize that the 1 star happened in the dumpster fire of a year that was 2020 - Covid precautions, etc. I was there about this time. The lobby was closed, as was the restroom, etc. It was like that EVERYWHERE. Such was to be expected. I also experienced the same SUPPLY CHAIN issues during that Covid period. I am not affiliated with One Stop, just so you know, and that review is totally OUT of context.I have a 20 year old truck. I have spent quite a bit of time and money there. One Stop has had PLENTY of opportunities to "hose me down", and they didn't do it. Any time. On my model of truck, the smallest thing can be a disaster. I had more than one issue that was caused by a 6" vacuum hose. They put a spare one on it, took 5 minutes to diagnose, and no charge. Another time, the lovely streets in this town busted my front end to bits, and they had the truck repaired in 24 hours.Labor is high right now, yes. So are parts. They're also sometimes hard to get. Deal with it, Folks. If you've never worked retail or customer service, you have no idea! Dale York and his son Josh are two of the most honest and respectable people I know. As I said, plenty of opp's have presented themselves for them to make a large, easy profit. And they didn't.One Stop is the only place that I allow to touch my truck now, unless I'm out of town! As I said, it's 20 years old now, and it probably wouldn't have made it this far without them.

Have been using One Stop Auto Repair faithfully over the last 20+ years. At first when Dale was first doing repairs from his garage attached to his home. Over the years the service and follow up has always been top notch. Now that Josh is performing so much of the repairs, he carries on his father's commitment to good service, fair pricing and professionalism. Will continue with One Stop as long as I am still driving.

When my husband and I bought this new to us used car we looked for a place to take our dirty Gerty , allot of folks were saying oh they to high, but you know what t these folks know what they are doing, always have great costumer service and always finds the issue right away, I'm happy to be a recurring costumer with them.
