Good luck getting your car worked on. I made an appointment online for 10p on a Friday, I dropped it off Thursday evening. Friday at 1p I tried to call service, I left a voicemail, and received a text, I never got a response. At 430p, I still had not heard from them, I called 6 times and talked to someone in accounts payable, which they paged service, which got me to the Chrysler store. Ford called me back and said they had a mix up amd they never changed my oil. They promised me a free oil change the following Monday. I called Monday amd left a voicemail letting them know I could not leave my car, but could bring it in on Tuesday. I never heard back. I try to stay local, but when this is what I get in return, I will gladly take my business to Andy Mohr in Indy or ill go to Terre Haute.

Truck went in due to not turning on. Dealership serviced the fuel system, and charged $1200. After truck left the dealer same thing happened. We found out that it was the air filter that was clogged and was never checked by the tech. Truck was serviced for the wrong cause.

This shop has a lack of communication and apparently knowledge. The story is 6 months long so I cannot type it all. * My situation is in their service department not sales. But of course salesman have it together...It's what happens afterwards that matters

I had an excellent experience. Staff answered questions quickly and I felt they offered FULL disclosure on pricing as opposed to hidden fees that get added at the end of the deal. I would highly recommend.

I took my car in, without an appointment, when a low tire light came on. My tire had a faulty valve. The service dept. replaced the valve and had it ready around 30 min. They were very accommodating
and courteous. I truly appreciated their work.
