I am very disappointed in this service. I was at work when the installer came to the house. I talked with him on the phone and told him to put the modem in one of the two spare rooms or the utility closet upstairs. When I came home, the modem was sitting in the middle of the master bedroom floor. I called the company and talked with Ashley, who told me someone would call me back. After ten days, I called again and talked with another woman whose name I did not catch. She immediately started questioning me and stated, "We wouldn't just do that." She also said someone would call me back. Did not happen. They obviously got their money, and do not care about customer service.
