Provideing parts for your vehicle. Used to be incredibly dependable for the right parts, with price matching. As of lately they will claim to have the parts you need and sell you only what they have to offer on hand, sometimes being the wrong thing

I was told by a manager that their cost for an item that I needed was like 8.00.My cost was like 35.00.If you are forced to buy there they will do a price match.I understand markups but this place is going too far.

Standard parts store in most cases but the employees make it worse sometimes. Occasionally it's okay, but a manager (Bill) always seems to think he knows everything like he's an expert. Like bruh, if you're working at O'Reilly's I don't need your opinion, just let me buy the parts I want. He was not trying to be helpful, I would have appreciated someone being helpful, he was being rude and trying to show off his knowledge that was not factual.What happen to customer is always right policy?
