I Absolutely Love Living Here!! Lincoln Place apartments offer one bedroom apartments mainly for people who are disabled or elderly. They offer income based housing for some eligible tenants who meet certain program requirements. The apartment building is Very Clean, has apartments on 2 floors with an elevator to the 2nd floor. My neighbors are All Amazing people who I've become very close with. It's definitely a quiet apartment living! Lincoln Place also went totally smoke free a few months ago for the entire building apartments included! (Auctually helped me almost entirely quit smoking!) We have an amazing Apartment Manager who will help any resident out with any questions or problems and she cares about everyone who lives here. All the apartments are expected to be kept up and clean, the maintenance comes in once every couple of months for inspections to see if everything is in working order And to change the A/C filters and check smoke alarms! They also have an exterminator who comes every few months for bug prevention which I'm very happy to say I've never seen any creepy crawlers since I've been here the last 3 years!! Lincoln Place is An Amazing place to live especially for anyone who may have a disability and is looking for income based housing!!!

Clean and quiet setting. Near hospital, Doctors, Caseys, and Dollar Store. Parking spaces for physically handicap. Recent new decorations throughout inside.
