Had my truck brought in several different times each time they diagnosed WRONG, Problems were, are still there after picking it up, I'm extremely aggravated with this last diagnosis, Charged me $90 to tell me the window switch in my truck was bad and needed to be replaced, We replaced it ourselves, 2 different switches it was in fact NOT it! So I plan on calling Monday and giving them an ear Full! I honestly don't recommend, The hole time my truck also needed a new Transmission! They couldn't even diagnose that?

The owner Steven ***** *** verbally and physically assaulted and battered me on Juneteenth 2023. The Boonville police came and took a picture of my dislocated finger he slammed in the front door as I was leaving. Law Chevrolet services all of Warrick county sheriff vehicles. I was there that morning because I had bought 4 new tires with roadside hazard warranty and one was going low on my way to my doctor appt. I was told they couldn’t help me. The tires had maybe 5000 miles on them. I just got out of a full arm splint 3 days earlier and was worried I couldn’t change a flat. The service manager and I talked and as I was leaving I met the “Drag Queen” Steve *** the owner. I wanted to ask why do you sell extended service contracts on vehicles and then not back the customer in a time of need? Never got that far, he back hand slapped me on my T-shirt and said I think you are just a pretty boy from Wisconsin. You are just a little ***** he said. Things got heated and as I was leaving all while being cursed at he slammed my left hand in the front door. I called the police and am still waiting. This was 1 month ago and like I stated I had just had surgery and was worried about getting a flat tire. We have bought a 2013 Silverado and a 2019 Impala from this dealership and always have work done there. The last work done here was alignment on the Impala and the technician who did the test drive obviously didn’t drive the car. It was so bad my gf had to go back and have it redone right then. Over 4 1/2 hrs for oil change and alignment with an appointment. This is getting long winded and there is more about the extended warranties they sell so my advice is, if you back the blue Steve *** at Law Chevrolet can assault you too. Still waiting to hear back from Warrick county prosecutors office or the Boonville PD. It’s been a month. I wish I could attach a picture of my hand. Their security cameras are all dummy cameras is what they told the police because I wanted the video.

Courteous and respectful employees within the service department. Asked questions and listened to my concerns. I will continue to take my vehicle to Law Chevy for any maintenance issues.

Darrell did an oil change, tire rotation and inspected my brakes and rotors on my company vehicle. I feel he did an excellent job for the price I paid. He made no mesh in my vehicle and I will continue to have my service done at law Chevrolet.

Outstanding!! My salesman Bryan Jones was very down to earth! We pretty much had the deal complete via phone. It's apparent that this company has a good standing with their customers and their community. Even though I drove 2.5 hours to make this recent purchase, I still hope I have the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
