Hannah is such a great asset to Verizon. Anytime I might have a problem , she is my go to. I’ve been with Verizon for 17 years & feel like they have the best service.

Everyone is so helpful here. Always willing to go above and beyond, even if it’s just a question about your phone or bill, which is very important to me. Even if it’s something they can’t help with, they provide you with someone who can. I have never had one single bad experience and don’t quite understand why someone would ever give less than five stars.

Really poor experience here, a lot of the people there, especially Hannah, have such awful attitudes. I expect better from one of the top phone providers.. I tried to discuss about any discounts or anything I can provide to lower my phone bill a little but they just told me “no, quit being frustrated about your phone bill.” I wouldn’t recommend, once my contract with them is done, I’m gonna leave and go to another phone provider that will treat me better and that I don’t pay such a high monthly price.
