We drove 1 hour, just to get there and see a hand written note on the door saying closed on Wednesdays for Fall hours. I'm sure there's an option on Google to change your hours. Very disappointed & you won't be getting my business.

Sue is very friendly and helpful. She is not pushy and is honest when asked questions or for her opinion. It was a pleasure selecting new bedroom furniture and she matched the price of other stores.My furniture arrived very quickly, in about two weeks!The delivery gentlemen were very pleasant. They delivered and set up my furniture quickly and were very respectful of my home. They moved a piece of furniture for me and even brought my Chewy box in from the porch!

I bought a King Size Bed from here a month ago. It’s really comfortable and I’ve been sleeping well on it. The lady at the store was friendly. They delivered the bed and set it up for me in my room for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new bed.

The women who sold us our mattress was honest and personable. She helped us find a mattress in our budget and made the process so painless. Financing options were great and easy to use. Paid ours off within a couple days of receiving the mattress. Delivery was easy and the movers were pleasant and nice.We are getting the best sleep we've had in years and all thanks to this small business and their excellent service.

Went into the store looking for 2 sets of twin frames, foundations, and mattresses. Found what I wanted plus 2 beautiful night stands. The employee was very helpful and courteous. I'll be returning for another purchase in the future

Read this if you don’t want to get lied to. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We have purchased from this store in the past and we like to buy local. I wanted an adjustable bed frame and looked at stores all over Fort Wayne, Decatur and Huntington as well as this store. I saved my money as this was not a cheap item to purchase. When I was ready to buy, I knew I should buy local. Finally went in on March 5th and bought 2 adjustable frames - one for our main king size bed and a second small adjustable frame for a spare bed. After having this for less than 24 hours, I knew it was not right for me. The frame is NOT supportive and makes the mattress sag in the middle, which has already injured my back. I was EXTREMELY disappointed because I wanted it not only for sleeping but for watching TV. Both activities hurt my back the way this frame is. I went into the store the very next day and talked with Peg about how disappointed I was but felt I needed to return it. She said she understood and would take it back, less the delivery charge and a pickup charge. I said ok. She said she wouldn’t be able to pick up for 2 days, I said fine. She called me the next day telling me that she “talked with one of the owners “ who said they would have to charge me 15% because it would then have to be resold by them as a floor model.Then she tried to sell me a mattress that might work better. I was annoyed but understood and agreed to have them take off the 15% plus delivery and pick up charges. Later that same day, she called and said she won’t take it back at all because we have a dog in the house. Keep in mind - this is not a mattress I bought. This is a metal adjustable frame. But one of the delivery drivers said we had a dog so if she took it back, she’d have to throw it in the dumpster. I am appalled. I asked who the owner was so I could try to call them and discuss it. She said she was the owner. Just earlier in the day she claimed there was a different owner and blamed the 15% charge on them. She was not at all nice this time and suggested I try to sell the frame myself because there was nothing she would do. I will NEVER buy from this store again. I am stuck with a thousand dollar frame that has already injured my back and that I cannot sleep on because it is so unsupportive and uncomfortable. I don’t have a thousand dollars to waste so the thought of this store and owner having my hard earned money makes me want to vomit.

We bought a bed frame that raises head and feet. Also new mattresses. It was the best purchase we've made. Love it. And ***** the owner is so awesome and the delivery was great and they set it all up too.

The staff are very personable and listen to what you are saying. They help you find the best bed for you. Their delivery guys are very nice, professional, and respectful when they arrive in your home. I'm a stickler for customer service and they are top notch.
