If you have a cat or dog the office personnel makes you feel as if your fur baby isn't as important as the large farm animists. Perhaps they should just switch to a large animal practice. I am an existing client my vet bill are paid up and the office lady I just spoke to informed me that I was lucky that someone answered my call since they close at 12:00. I told I called but no one returned my call. She just told me they get busy. Perhaps they need to hire professionals.

This animal hospital is so awesome. The front staff is so friendly and polite. Where the doctors are very caring helpful and very very knowledgeable. They take care of my Monty Walsh and he loves them. We board him a week at a time when we have to go out of state. When we come back he has been well cared for and a very happy little guy.

Staff is friendly and professional. The clinic is so clean and welcoming. They handled my emergency with great care and I felt right from the start my boy was in great hands! Thank you for taking care of him. We have no plans of ever going anywhere else.

Squeezed Oscar in and he wasn’t even their patient, when he’s own vet couldn’t get him in for a week. Dr. Bales was outstanding! He treated my 3 year old cat, like he was his very own patient. He took the time to answer my questions, called me back promptly and kept me informed with what he was doing, and why he was doing it every step of the way. The prices for care were extremely reasonable. The staff from the receptionist, nurses, doctors were a joy to communicate with. Not only do a highly recommend this clinic, but I am delighted to have a new vet!

The beginning of January I adopted a Russian Blue from the shelter in town. I was given a voucher to take her to the clinic to be checked out. When I took her I asked the doctor who saw her about the drainage I saw coming from her eyes. He said that it was probably because she had been in a shelter and maybe due to low humidity. He did not actually look at her eyes. I have been using humidifiers in the home. She has continued to have draining. Took her back today and the doctor (different one) looked at her eyes and she has pink eye!!!! This could have been diagnosed and treated when I took her in originally if the doctor had taken my concern seriously and actually looked at her eyes. Now she has had to deal with, I am sure, some discomfort from this. Very disappointed.

Bluffton Animal Clinic is really a great place. They made Bob, my cat, feel as comfortable as possible. The Doc gave him a shot seamlessly, and the women who helped me were kind, friendly, and helpful to me and Mr. Bob. I recommend them!

First time going to this Animal clinic for my st. bernard and we loved it!! They were so helpful and the staff was very friendly. They were quick to get us scheduled and the cost for our visit was very reasonable! Thank you so much for a great experience!! We will be back!
