Always a nice experience going into kroger. There are a lot of people looking forward to the new pharmacy. Kroger please do us all a huge favor and dont hire any previous cvs pharmacy employees!

Great deals, as always. The pickup option is very convenient. Love the fuel points, especially the weekend multiplier coupon. The store is currently being remodeled, but they are adjusting to the changes well.

I had a wonderful shopping trip. I got what I needed, was able to check out quickly and easily, and employees were very polite and helpful. Everything was clean and finding what I needed was easy.

Self check out is a joke. You make people scan all there own after 8pm. On a Tuesday I understand when you have 5 items but 200 dollars worth having to get my own second cart to put groceries in while the employee stands and text on his phone. 100 percent garbage and not a word from 1 worker or help. You store is garbage at bluffton in Terrible shape maybe instead of adding a pharmacy tey hiring more help. Or working more people full time so you can pay them benefits instead of shorting hours and making your customer do the work. Shame on you kroger in bluffton Indiana you and half your workers are lazy and non helpful. Be better please be better have atleast 1 lane open at all times. Also maybe have a Manger present so employees don't stand in front of people bagging there own groceries while they play on their phone.

Great store. Well organized and easy to find what I need. Real asset for a smaller community like bluffton. Still great store just wish prices were more competitive with walmart prices

Picked up my Kroger order. When I got home NONE of my meat was there. I called and they stated they knew they accidentally gave it to the wrong person and still didn’t notify me. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to request a refund and wait up to 5 days for it! This was my meat that was supposed to be dinner for me and my kids this week! I will be using Walmart from now on!

Service desk employees have bad attitudes. The only one that is helpful is Tommy. They do everything in their power to prove you are lying if you get double scanned or don't receive something. Not helpful at all. Look at you like you're stupid when they point it out. The last straw for us was Brooke, we misread our recipt and when we went up to the service desk all she did was nod for responses then finally, with a attitude, said "you didn't get two". However it is not just her that has a attitude.... also, milk is never stocked, went today and all the organic whole milk was expired and has been for about a week.

1st timer at this Kroger. I will not be 'forced' to use self checkout or I just go to Walmart. Saw alot of staff picking orders and not friendly at all. Enjoyed "2for1"sales and multiple discounts on common items especially meats.Veggies fresh and plentiful...Plenty of parking just not up front. Gas station located on property
