We had a radiator go out on our car. Called around to 4 local shops and Knapps was the most reasonable. One shop was over $500 more than Knapps estimate. We had to wait 2 weeks to get the work done, so if you need repairs done ASAP, this may not work out for you. It worked for us because the radiator had a slow leak and we could keep on filling it. Work was done when promised and they held to their estimate. We would definitely recommend Knapps.

Great service and professional work every time. I drive here from Fort Wayne and never had a problem with getting here this place is definitely a hidden gem within the great city of Bluffton for sure. They also have Amsoil products which I use every time in my vehicles it honestly doesn't get any better ?

These guys were great helped me when I was in a bind on my way to my vacation when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere got me a tow and fixed my car as quick as possible. Great quality work and even fixed a few things free of charge wish I lived close to them they would be my permanent mechanics.Services: Electrical repair

This is a great place to get your diesel truck fixed or automotive. I drove 3 hours away to get the truck that I used to worked on. They are very friendly and helpful and honest and very fair on there labor. I recommend this company then any other company, the owner will treat you the best. To keep in mind they can be very busy, but worth the time to get things scheduled in, for the quality sake and service and honest labor means alot. Even if it takes longer to get you in and out. I know they are trying there best to get you in and out, it really depends what mechanic problem you have.

James is the best mechanic I've EVER dealt with. I recently told him that if he moved away, I would have to follow him. He laughed, I laughed...but secretly I wasn't kidding. I already drive 2 hours to bring my vehicles to his shop. He's really THAT good. Be sure to make an appointment, he's BUSY.
