Do not take your car to them. They lie and scam you say they are full service and do not stand behind the work they do. I will continue to post bad reviews everyday til I get this crap shop closed up! They do not know what they are doing.the hang up when you try and tell them how they screwed you Over

This is my story. I'm not telling you to go to Expert Transmission, I'm not telling you not to.
Expert put a new transmission in my 2012 Dodge Journey in August of 2021. It was under warranty for 3 yrs.
In February of this year, I noticed a leak under my car. I took it to Expert. I asked them to also check my belts, hoses, etc. as I was planning a long road trip.
My bill Feb. 15 said
ENGINE OIL COOLER
MOTOR MOUNTS
REAR DISC BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS
LOWER SUSPENSION CONTROL ARM
TRANSMISSION FLUID & FILTER SERVICE.
My bill Feb. 15 was $3392.26.
I was told everything was great and ready for a road trip.
Three weeks later, on March 10, the transmission locked up and there was smoke under the hood. Thankfully, I was in Ossian.
Expert towed it at their expense.
My bill March 13 said
VALVE COVER GASKETS
TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE/LINE
AUTO TRANSMISSION FLUID & FILTER.
My bill March 13 was $590.65.
I was told again that it was road trip ready.
I drove it home and heard a rattle in the undercarriage.
I was afraid to take it back to Expert. They said they'd look at it at no charge but I was concerned how much my next bill total would be. So I took it to another shop. They replaced two sway bars and a stabilizer bar. It seems fine now.
This was my experience at Expert Transmission in Bluffton, IN.

Did a great job with needed brake job on my foreign vehicle. Quoted a great price and when we went to pick it up it was even less. They called before performing any repairs.

I find it funny expert transmission Instead of listening They decided to hang up the phone. Because they didn't want to hear that a break line had been cut And they sent a vehicle out the door with no breaks And said the cut Was just a rusted out spot on the line and that there is nothing they can do for a Freak accident Instead of listening to the brake line was cut he hung up This was the manager slash owner not sure who it was. My problem was as he knew exactly where the issue was on the vehicle Sounds kind of sketchy to me the woman with the truck. Went less then a mile and had to put her truck in a dich so she wouldn't hit a train. This is not the first time they have sent Damaged property property out of there door. And the damage that it cost was about 700 bucks. And the work that was done was over 2000 so this 19yr old girl spent over 3000. And they will put parts on your truck without telling and the charge you for them parts. If you're still reading this, thank you. And I suggest you rethink your options about expert transmission because this is my opinion
