May 16 2024:I purchased a Moto G Power 5G 2024...took All 3 employees in the store to try getting it set-up properly, I had to finish set-up at home...Paige C. just left in middle of set-up to Smoke.
Sun May 19: Email quit working...Gmail & Yahoo Would Not Sync.
Two visits to store...Kylie reset logins & passwords each time...only for it to quit again each time several hours later (same day)....during one visit I had a lengthy conversation with Mr. Josiah H.
Two phone calls to Kylie...first said she would get in touch with Mr. Josiah H...later said that she could not get in touch with him only through a convoluted email chain ( Decatur store Mgr. Picked up the phone and CALLED Mr.Josiah H.) ( left msg.)...at this point Kylie informed me that " I don't know how to help you, you will have to go directly to Cricket/Gmet/Motorola ON YOUR OWN" If Kylie does not know...it would be her JOB, Especially as store Mgr. to LEARN HOW...whether through additional training or however!!
At this point I did what needed to be done all along so that I could have access to both my email accounts...I Separated the 2 accounts and then I have both again...Store Employees should have been able to figure this out...they apparently Did Not!!! This Has Not Fixed the Synch Issue with the Emails...Just Bypassed It!
Kylie also said that the store cannot exchange the phone since I have had it longer than 7 days...THE ISSUE WITH EMAILS WAS REPORTED TO/ KNOWN BY THE STORE AT 5 DAYS FROM PURCHASE...FIVE DAYS!!!! If the phone is in fact the Problem then Cricket should replace it Since the Issue Was KNOWN BEFORE THE 7 DAYS!!!!
