I went into the Bluffton store because there was a problem with my bill! Met the new GM Holly and I absolutely love her! She did and amazing job for me! Her co worker Alexis was also very helpful! 5 stars for these ladies all day!! Thank you Holly and Alexis!

I want to put in a GOOD word for Alexis at the Cricket store in Bluffton, Indiana. I came in here with my A53 locked up. She not only performed a miracle on that phone, she sent my contacts and photos over to a new A15. This girl is AMAZING. THANK YOU ALEXIS. Whatever you're getting paid, it's not enough.
