I have been very happy living here now for a couple of years. Anytime I’ve had a complaint it has been addressed quickly. I get to see a lot of wildlife which I love. Relatively quiet place to live. Pool is nice and clean in the Summer, as is the pond. Some of the homes are run down but they have also been tearing some down and bringing in new ones. My only complaint is that the roads could really use some TLC.

The floor had holes in lino . When we moved out they charge 10,000 to repair floor that was messed up when we move in. They always said they would fix things but never would fix. There talking advantage of people.

This mobile home park is getting very run down in some areas. It has deterated a lot in the last several years.
