Went into the store today, sure beats fighting the 1800 number!!! Katie was nothing short of amazing help my wife and I fix our bill and answer all our questions!!! Super knowledgeable, as well as making the experience of switching carriers feel seamless and easy. 10 out of 10, you need help go into the store!!

When ant sit up for internet, I had an appointment supposed to be out of department swings, 4 PM to 6 PM on Friday, no one showed called. They tell me it'd be 48 hours before somebody contact me to set up another appointment. Why is it so hard for xfinity to set apt for there Customers and you can't talk to a live person. You got to talk to a computer and after shifts in thisCustomers and you can't talk to a live person. You got to talk to a computer

Service goes out 5+ a week .
Most of the time I can unplug the modem or TV box and wait a minute or 2 and it will reset ok. But then there are times it just doesn't work. Like today. High price for programing we don't watch or need and mostly repeating programs.
Wish there was a better system in our area, but we're stuck with this one.
Air TV is unavailable in our area.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A 53 from Xfinity online and paid it off May 10th and on May 23rd my phone locked and interrupted my service after I paid the phone off. I called Xfinity Mobile and they directed me to the Xfinity store. I went into the store and spoke with the manager who was very rude and not helpful at all. She tells me that after you pay off your phone Xfinity locks your phone for 30 days. So buying a phone from Xfinity you have to incorporate a 30 day period of your paid off phone not able to work? This seems like a poor business decision and I want to let everyone know because it is very difficult to do any business when the company you buy your phone from locks it and everyone you talk to tells you to go to someone else who tells you to talk to someone else. So very bad service and I would not buy a phone from Xfinity they are no help once you don't owe them any money.

It would be great to get more help from customer service reps on issues or questions, instead of constantly being directed to the do everything yourself app. Not everyone is proficient or tech savvy, nor are all questions answered just because the device shows it's online. Customer service could use some work you guys!

Went to Bloomington IN store when my bill went from $82 to $142 after ACP supposedly ended plus inconsistent internet at my residence having to reboot my modem and router often. The guy I was assigned never introduced himself nor did he ever smile. I asked his name and he said, “Leon”. He said there was nothing he could do about the price, that here were no discounts available, UNTIL I told him I’d gotten an email from Xfinity that I could get internet for $9.95. He handed me a post it not with a website that didn’t work on my smartphone but then he signed me up for that program and a bill for roughly $100. I also told him I’d gotten an email that I needed a new cable box but he was unwilling to help me with one. Then I asked about the internet and he told me I owned the cable box and router but he would schedule a tech for the next day between 1:00-3:00. An email the next day said the appointment had been canceled since they’d checked my signal and it was fine!!! I’d had this service and connection for FIFTEEN YEARS with no interim service but Leon was unwilling to help me! Leon either needs extensive training or needs to be let go.

1 of my friend's recently had some issues with her bill and the physical connection to the house. Which sucked, I called and it took me 3 calls to get to a customer service rep, when i finally did get 1i was on the phone for 59 minutes. That being said the ppl I finally got to speak to were really nice and awesome and they actually helped with the issues. Got them resolved... THIS WOULD BE 5 STARS if it hadn't taken me 3 calls and like 20 minutes all together just to talk to someone

Cheapest phone company offering $40 unlimited get a phone carrier 1 line free for a year. My wife and I pay $40 a month with free phones, and our internet and streaming apps. Very satisfied. My wife got an I Phone 15. I got a S23FE.

If I could give zero stars I would! My grandfather passed away 2 weeks ago and they made my grandmother shut her phone services off for 4 days and jump through hoops to change into her name and yet her phone still is not on! 80 some year old folks should not be without a phone no matter what the situation may be. SHAME ON YOU!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME. Do better xfinity. Sincerely a pissed off Granddaughter
