White Rabbit has skilled and knowledgeable professionals. You can expect ease with ordering, quality print jobs, professionalism that makes you nervous about how much you're about to spend, and a final price that makes you feel they gave you their family discount.They are courteous and review your project to offer advice on minor modifications that will improve the print quality. I appreciate the patience they show when helping me navigate through these changes, as I am not very tech savvy.They are thoughtful and notice things that show they are invested in your print. For example: they noticed that my project was an unusual size for it's intended purpose, and asked me if I'd like to change that. They scaled it down for me without altering the image. I also was unfamiliar with their operating hours, but they noticed the date of my event and were considerate of the fact I would need it done sooner then I thought. I wouldnt have enough time to distribute otherwise, and I'm so glad they caught this. They were accommodating and got it done same day!You can tell this company employs hard working people passionate about their job. The employees are so friendly and happy that I suspect this is a good employer to work for.Special thanks to Jeremy for my most recent above satisfactory experience.

I would love to recommend White Rabbit as I have many times over the past few years, but the last few experiences we have had with them have been pretty bad. The owner has taken on way too much work, and doesn't have adequate help. The result is that the last couple of times we have used him it has taken a few weeks longer than projected to get our materials.The last time we used WR, we actually waited for close to three months for something to be corrected that we needed in order to release a new product. We attempted to contact him repeatedly only to be told "I'll light a fire under him, don't worry!" "He's really backed up right now!" or something similar, but we never heard from the owner. We had to finally get the materials back from him and send them to someone else, and the person we sent them to returned a corrected version in less than an hour.really like the owner, and I hate that things have turned out like this, but we won't use him again.

I had heard good things about White Rabbit and decided to have them print our save the dates. They did a fantastic job! We will definitely be back for future print needs. Can't beat the quality and prices here! Happy to support a local business too!

Their Facebook says they accept JPG or PDF files. We submitted artwork for several projects (JPG). Then we were told to resubmit all the files as PDF. This meant more work on us & less on them.I do NOT recommend them.

Giving two stars because they’ve done good work in the past at good prices. However, this last time the person working there was positively hostile. When I repeated some information he had provided, asking for clarification, he said “Yes, that’s what I said. I don’t stutter, do I?”I don’t write negative reviews often, but this level of rudeness was inexcusable. Will be happy to take down this review if apology is made here.

I grew up in Bloomington & White Rabbit has been around for as long as I can remember. I've heard great things and am SO glad I decided to use a local business for business cards instead of ordering online. Cloud did a great job and had them to me quickly. I've gotten quite a few compliments already and am very excited to pass these out! ;) Definitely happy with the product, turn-around, and good customer service. Thanks!

From college rush jobs to wooing your bride to be's family, White Rabbit has you covered.Ryan at White Rabbit helped me rush my I-CORE papers with only 12 hours to spare and at a very reasonable price and walked me through how to upload correctly. Now, 4 years later, they helped print out my wedding table assignment sheet.

Im only giving one star because I cannot give anything less. My partner and I went to this place and had to speak to someone standing outside in the heat because there was no accessibility. That part didnt bother me as much because the person I spoke to ( Ryan maybe) was helpful and informative. He suggested I send him my image and he would trim and adjust any colors and send me back a sample by the next week on Wednesday. I did not receive an email from them on Wed so I gave a couple of extra days then my partner and I stopped by their store. She went to check on the status for me and "Ryan" open the door but would not let her in. She announced that she was there to check on the status of my order. He proceeded to state how he was just so extremely busy, he had so much work to do on my image, he didnt have time, he also stated that I just sent him the image a few moments ago ( I sent it in an entire week prior) and his customer service and attitude were very poor. He stated all of this to my partner through a cracked door, not even letting her inside like a proper business owner/manager should. I communicated to "Ryan" that I had an event to attend and he assured me that the sample would be done in plenty of time before then. The event that I had to attend with printed cards was some time ago. I have not heard from "Ryan" nor received any sample or even an email. The extremely unprofessional way he treated my partner was unacceptable and I will not be using their services in the future.

We love White Rabbit! My company has used White Rabbit over the years for a few different things - most recently our Christmas cards. They are fast, with high quality and competitive prices. Great communication as well! Highly recommend.
