Falsely accused me for stealing lip gloss that I brought into the store. They don’t even sell that lipgloss there! Instead of just telling me what he saw, he said to follow him to his office across the store. Before the incident, I forgot my receipt and went back to get it and was told that they couldn’t help me because someone else had used the self checkout machine after me. The associate that accused me said he “saw everything that happened”. If he did, he would see that another associate helped me put my money in the machine because it didn’t accept it when I put it by myself. The time you spent accusing me could have been used to catch actual shoplifters. What annoyed me that most is that someone who knew me saw me being stopped at the exit. The embarrassment!!! I was made to walk across the store to go to their office then remembered that my sister was holding her lipgloss and had to correct the guy and show him that I got it from Amazon.
People come in there and steal cooked food from the deli all the time, you do nothing about it but see two young women going about their day and accuse them falsely. This is not the first time they’ve done this, I have testimonies from others. I rather buy from Amazon at this point because it seems you like accusing people. Do better ?

I usually run into nice staff but occasionally there's someone who has to of had the worst day. I love how they remodeled the store though. It's more convenient, and more picked up than before! I do wish they had less stacked pallets in walkways though, it's hard to get around them with kids and other shoppers.

We pretty much only use the order ahead app where you pick up your groceries without going into the store, this works well.

It’s always crowded in here and people walk right into you like you’re invisible. Tonight I was at self checkout at like 9 pm and I guess they were cleaning the floor with no signs indicating they’re cleaning so I know no better, and while I’m checking out the janitor is just mopping into my shoes and bumping into them while I’m having to have an associate help with the self checkout simultaneously , oh and literally spraying my legs multiple times with a cleaning chemical instead of just kindly asking me to step aside. So if you wanna get treated like literal garbage shop here :-D
