If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. The pharmacist all but straight out called me a drug addict . I have ADHD and I rely on medication for my brain to work. He was smug and entitled and is uneducated about the law . He must think he’s a doctor but I can assure you just because you’re a white male in this country doesn’t mean you know everything sir. And just because you work and probably live in a town overly run by drugs and drug addicts doesn’t mean everyone who goes to Walmart is that way. Sorry you didn’t get into medschool bro.

Went to Walmart Pharmacy drive thru around 9:30 Wednesday to pick up subscription Dr called in Monday pm. I was told one was ready and one was not ready yet . I told the young lady I picked would be back around noon.went back to the drive thru 12:05 and was told we have one ready, I was upset. and told the young lady as much and that I was told it would be ready around noon, she said she didn't know that and she would move it up, Iwas to weight anyway the Pharmacist came back and said they didn't tollirate people cursing at the help,. I went in to appolajise, and the pharmacist said that the medication was already put back... I wish there was a way to Sue for refusing to fill a customer prescribed medication... I had my scrips transferred to Williams Bros.

They used to be okay, but have gone drastically down hill. Recently they started charging my mother full price for all medications, and told me as I pick them up for her, that it was a problem with insurance. After spending hrs on the phone and having insurance CALL THEM, it turned out an employee had added a goodrx as her insurance, which she has NEVER used. They tried to insist she had to have done it, but I’m the one that gets her meds and I certainly have not! Now, I call because one of the meds she needed was crazy expensive and she forgot that she never got it and now needs it, and no one will answer the phones. This is an every time thing, where their new automated system does it’s best to get you not to speak to an actual employee and when you convince it to allow you to, it will ring a 30 times and no one will answer. Ive called 5 times this morning and have yet to have someone answer. I’m going to be changing her to the competition, because this is ridiculous.

If you have to use this pharmacy, know that they take lunch from 1:30-2 oclock on the weekends & this info is not available on google it is only posted on a piece of paper inside the store. I arrive in the drive through at 1:25 pm & they made me wait until 2 oclock even after I explained that I drove from out of town to get this prescription and that online these hours are not posted. I am a pretty understanding person but I hated the way they spoke to me. Horrible interactions with all staff on the shift but do yourself a favor and avoid Isabell! She had to have the worst customer service ive had at Walmart . & that’s saying a lot. I won’t be back. & I’ll be sure to let all my friends and family know not to go there either. I just wanted to get my medicine

I am really impressed by the quality of care I've been receiving by the Pharmacy Staff. I recently switched from IU Health Hospital where I worked for yrs. Every one has been so helpful & friendly...even being kind to my support Corgi.?

Check the total BEFORE you pay. Double charged on 3 out of 10 items.They probably figure you won't catch it until you're out of the store, and won't want to stand in line for 15 minutes at the service desk.

Most of the time I have no problem with this pharmacy but every once in awhile they get new people working there who are not good when it comes to dealing with the public. Seems like those people never stay long so I haven't let them drive me away. All the ones who have worked there for years are amazing people who truly seem to care.

Love it, great prices, usually cheaper than other pharmacies compared to them, quick service, most of the time its hour wait.. You can shop while you wait, perfect.. Friendly staff, helpful staff, always willing to explain any and everything to you without being annoyed at you for doing their job.
