Sunday February 18th they were not only closed but their location was vacant. This location no longer exists. Martinsville, IN is no longer open, this location is permanently closed.

Poor customer service. Calling the number takes you to a centralized system where you must wait a few minutes and keep pressing a bunch of buttons to reach a sales rep. Poor customer experience and I thought my service was bad. Staying away from Verizon at the moment. Make it how it used to be ie call the store and talk to a real human.

WORST Dark tricks by Sales team. Lost more then two thousand dollars. There lied about the contract I was enrolled into and then after I disconnected after a year. I was charged back a ton. Never visit this store. STUDENTS... be careful. Store wont help out anything and Collections team will swear on you for not paying money and threaten to destroy your credit history which will stay for long time once reported.

Javon has been amazing and has helped me numerous times with my account. He helped me with my promise to pay and reviewed my account for discounts and more. He truly goes into detail about everything. I hope he never leaves this store.

Long line just to talk to someone! Then a lady decided she's going to go before us . The gentleman went ahead and helped her instead of telling her to hold on to you after these folks.

Friendly and extremely helpful! Ken was super knowledgeable and so helpful. We will not go to another store from now on. I can not thank Ken enough, he said it would be an easy fix and it was! Thanks Ken for saving the day!

After having a really difficult and frustrating experience with Verizon's live chat feature, I ended up at this store.My order was flagged for fraud, and I was about to have to leave without my phone, and honestly was going to stick with my current carrier.Nate, the manager (I think), set me up with Jerrod. He asked what the situation was, and I said It's honestly a really long story. He said "I've got all the time you need." I was so touched by that, and how clear it was that he actually cared. He worked alongside Nate for quite a while to overcome an issue that they did not cause. I truly couldn't believe the lengths they were going to. They kept me updated while they made a ton of phone calls, etc.In the end, Jerrod and Nate came out with my phone!They even went above and beyond, creating a shipping label and giving me a box for my trade in so I wouldn't have to do anything else. They verified things on my account that I was worried about, and reassured me of everything, so that I had no more concerns.I went into the store so frustrated and upset, and left extremely happy. Thank you guys for your hard work, understanding, and care. You made all the difference!

DO NOT EVER LET ANYONE WHO "WORKS" (aka scams, money launders, etc) go near a phone, etc. When l upgraded my phone over $3000 was stolen out of my banking account (l use online banking on phone, well used tountil l left Verizon dueto serve criminal activity) and shorty after more and more thefts, oddities, etc, our family had to run to AT&T after doing full credit freezes and more where we learned the Verizon employed activated my upgrade phone with a gmail ld never heard of and cruely only HE had the password since the Gmail belonged to a Verizon encourg3d high dollar theif.

The employees are extremely helpful, friendly, and kind at this location. They were able to swiftly help me resolve a failed SIM card. The Bloomington community is lucky to have these Verizon workers in our backyard.
