Hey, I had an awesome experience with Katy, she help me get my screen fix even though I couldn't access my phone, she then set me up in an updated newer phone, she sold me on it, she is a great asset to this store, and a great associate.

tells you the monthly payment and then doesnt tell you about the $400 worth of "one time" fees that get charged in the first two months. also messed something up when transferring a phone number from a different carrier and now i have to contact customer service once a month and pay an extra $30 to change my phone number back to my old number. wish i was joking. dont change carriers, you're better off without verizon

Considering I had my phone / plan with Verizon less than a month they managed to sour me to this company. No knows what first call / interaction resolution means. A hand written sign in store advertising free channels drew me in. That should have tipped me off. I read the fine print later and called and spoke with multiple customer service agents. So much misinformation I decided to return the phone within the 30 days and chalk it up to a waste of my time. I utilized Verizon’s 30 day return policy. Nice guy in store helped me return the phone and I recently got my refund. So given that I have the refund Verizon recognizes that this contract was fully canceled and the brief relationship was severed. But they then tried to debit my account. Then Verizon started blowing up my old phone - it was from Verizon financial and listed my current number not Verizon’s as my case number. I thought it was a typical scam since I had the refund. Well now I just got a message by text saying I’m in collections. I tried to call this store but it routes me to customer service. The whole thing is unbelievable. Every interaction I’ve had with Verizon - for the exception of the nice guy wearing the large cross in store who processed the return, has been lousy. I’m taking Verizon to court. I’m done with this.

The sales reps neglected to apply my $200 switch promo, so I called customer service about when I would receive the email with the gift cards and I was informed that the store reps (it was a rep and a manager working on my acct) hadn’t applied the promo even though I definitely brought it up multiple times at time of purchase. Not to mention they did the port-ins with me so that should’ve been automatic to help out the buyer. This has been going on since I worked for Verizon almost 10 years ago. Just straight up laziness that winds up costing us money if we don’t have the ability to get help from a rep who can fix their mistake. It took me 2 calls and 2 hours to fix the issue. But I’m not surprised. Do better, Verizon.

My 21 yr old daughter walked in to get her phone looked at because the Bluetooth isn't working. We've been with Verizon for 20+ years. I pay for the family plan warranty, this should be a simple task. Either you can fix it or not! Nope, they wouldn't even see her because she's had an out of state id and they need to scan the driver's license. Well this is ridiculous! So, make sure you're phone doesn't malfunction if your out of state!! This is not ok!!

Sunday February 18th they were not only closed but their location was vacant. This location no longer exists. Martinsville, IN is no longer open, this location is permanently closed.

Poor customer service. Calling the number takes you to a centralized system where you must wait a few minutes and keep pressing a bunch of buttons to reach a sales rep. Poor customer experience and I thought my service was bad. Staying away from Verizon at the moment. Make it how it used to be ie call the store and talk to a real human.

WORST Dark tricks by Sales team. Lost more then two thousand dollars. There lied about the contract I was enrolled into and then after I disconnected after a year. I was charged back a ton. Never visit this store. STUDENTS... be careful. Store wont help out anything and Collections team will swear on you for not paying money and threaten to destroy your credit history which will stay for long time once reported.

Javon has been amazing and has helped me numerous times with my account. He helped me with my promise to pay and reviewed my account for discounts and more. He truly goes into detail about everything. I hope he never leaves this store.
