Ace Hardware is a woman owned business and is LGBTQ friendly. The best news is that they are giving away a children’s book at the check out counter which encourages building skills in little girls. Why don’t other businesses have children’s books at their check out?! Brilliant!!! 10/23/24

Philip was incredibly helpful when I needed to replace a battery in my cars key fob. Not only did he show me how to open the fob but also the type of battery I needed and made sure I was able to purchase that battery. Thank you!!

Wow, first negative customer service experience I've had here and it was bad. Assistant manger (male, young) talked right over me (female, senior), cut me off, didn't smile or say thank you, and was generally a big turnoff, as in I will avoid him in future. The only good news is that in America there are fewer sexist men every day.
