Looking for good support shoes for my husband and was referred here by his Dr. We went in looking around and Xander came over to offer help, he went above and beyond with customer service. He was very patient with us and brought out several pair of shoes to try. He did a great job! Store is very clean and organized nicely!

Ordered shoes through the store. They cancelled my order and wouldn’t refund the shipping fees. I didn’t cancel they did. I don’t feel like I should have to pay for their mess up

Brandon went above and beyond for our order. We ordered a pair of shoes from our local store. Brandon, took the order to the Fed Ex office to expedite shipping. He was polite, returned my call more than once, and made it a wonderful experience. Thanks Brandon.

Katelin was amazing. Not only did she give me her full attention from the minute I stepped in the door, she offered to clean my shoes that I came in wearing..for free. I have a new pair of on clouds and a new favorite shoe store. Thanks guys!

customer service was great. very attentive. but sold the same foot. wanted the shoes to wear the next day to holiday world but cannot. splash and safari is a no go with 2 left feet. :(

I had 2 great experiences at the Bloomington store. I am looking for the right walking shoe. My first trip I must have tried 8 shoes. Found a pair and ordered online to get the color I wanted. After just a few hours wearing them, I decided to take them back. They were too snug. Lori(ASM) helped me through the return and made it so easy. This time, I tried a dozen shoes. Athletic shoes and sandals. She was also assisting others the whole time. She was patient and full of knowledge. Although, I left without shoes, I left knowing more about what I need. I’m going to the Indy store to try options that weren’t at the Bloomington store to try on. Thank you Lori. You’re a super star!!!

Was researching shoes for an upcoming 5K and needed GREAT shoes. I read an article that said go to a store that specializes in running shoes. I didn't think we had a great store like that around, was going to try brands I liked that I knew they carried. I was so wrong! This place was far and above my expectations and exactly what the article mentioned. I spoke to a gal that was extremely knowledgeable about the two brands (Hoka and Brooks) that I was interested in. I explained what I wanted/needed, she made a few recommendations. I made the selections and she brought out several pairs of each. She had me sit and actually put the shoes on my feet! Made sure they were the proper fit, laced them up and had me walk around the store. It was incredible, I was over the moon with the store/clerk and the shoes were epic. It has been 4 months and the shoes rocked the 5k and are now my daily shoes.

Went to your store looking for a new pair of HOKA shoes. Caitlyn helped me and did an amazing job! She was kind and very patient and helpful. I just had to hug her when I left. Great store I will definitely go back

I went to the Bloomington ,Indiana store to explore the possibility of buying a pair of Hokas.Katelin Cassell did a remarkable job of fitting with the right/size of shoe. Even though I am not ready to purchase she spent time with me. Her knowledge of the product empressed me.Kudos to Katelin for great customer service.

I came to visit my sister in Minnesota and i had to stop by and buy some comfortable shoes and found this store with great reviews. Jared was patient, kind, and very educated about quality shoes! He really has a passion and im so happy he helped me out since I’ve always had foot pain from bunions. I bought 2 pairs of shoes there but I’ll definitely come back to shop for more since it’s such great quality and the customer service was wonderful! Thank you Jared for your help. I’ll be sure to bring you some in-n-out burgers when i fly back to Minnesota! :D

Yesterday I went in to look for some new shoes for everyday casual. I have been having foot pain for months and the monent I put on a pair of Hoka's my feel felt amazing. The girl helping me was outstanding also. I also got a pair for the gym, can't wait to see how my feet feel after cardio circuit. So, go to Tradehome and check the Hoka shoes out!!!
