Best furniture shopping experience ever. We bought a new sofa. My husband was dreading the delivery based on last summer's experience with a store in Greenwood. This was so easy and seamless. We both appreciated all the help given us. Price was great too.

Highly recommend shopping at Thompson. From the parents, to the two sons and delivery team ALL were very pleasant, helped me compare different styles and leather. Never rushing or pushy. Ordered Smith Bros leather sofa and 2 recliners from Thompson. Smith Bros quality is outstanding and order came in 4 weeks. Great experience!

A+ quality, selection, and service. They helped us find the perfect chair for my dad. We opted to pick it up rather than delivery, and they even helped us load it up. Great price for a VERY good quality recliner. The selection was amazing and they helped us narrow it down to the perfect chair based on usage and preferences. 10/10 would recommend this great family owned and operated business.

Nice selection of recliners. Not the cheap flimsy stuff, only Good quality. Very nice, clean store inside and out. Family owned and family ran. Very nice family to do business with.would recommend for all your furniture needs and wants. They’ll have something for you.

Am digging buying local from Mark at Thompsons. He is providing a bit of education as well as assurance.We bought a couch and love seat. The love seat didn’t work in our space so Mark gave us options including a refund, but we are trading up for two swivel chairs. Glad to have found the right furniture without having to hassle with the Indy circuit.

I like the sofa I bought there in terms of comfort, but after a little more than 5 years the material used has quilled to the point where it looks terrible. The store has not been particularly interested in helping to fix the situation either but they do have some quality products. They have wonderful wooden bookshelves and entertainment centers. I just wish they had higher quality fabric that didn’t fail after two years.

We have been to Thompson furniture twice now. They've had what we needed both times we've been there and we always go back. We've gotten a recliner, two beds, and two bed frames at this point.

I've been a patron of this place since I moved to Indiana. It's family owned, it delivers and sets up their furniture for free. Furniture is not cheap but worth the price.
