If you need items from Target and don’t feel like going in, if you are in a hurry and don’t have the time to go in, if you don’t trust yourself to stay within your budget - use the drive up order feature. You find what you want, select it, mark that it’s for pick up and then you will be contacted by Target when it’s ready. There are designated parking spots to park and wait for some of the nicest, pleasant, smiling, kind people to bring everything out and put it wherever you want it in your car. It doesn’t get any better than that!!
I use it 99% of the time. It saves lugging my walker in and out and painfully walking thru the store to get what I need.
It’s amazing! You’ll love it!!

I got fired and trespassed from this store for raising ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) concerns and for asking about my approved accommodations while on leave. Now I can't even make money here on Instacart. Target loves to leverage their integrity hotline where complaints of discrimination and harassment go to die. Seemingly, Target has no regard for HIPAA laws, employee privacy, or employee health and safety. The days of the hotline are numbered Martin, Keirsten, Shawn, Kendra, Rachel... ?EEOC is on your back.

Been waiting an hour for them to pack two things on a drive in pick up slip. This is unacceptable to be honest.
Update I called them to ask about it and they said there was no way they could know how long it would take to get the two items. I asked for clarification and they laughed said they were going to hang up because it’s too early. I am disappointed shocked and upset target employees are the worst. Would rather buy from Walmart from now on.

I called to see if they had a movie I needed for Christmas because my Amazon order was messed up, and the young man was very helpful. They pulled the movie I needed and had it ready within the 30 min it took to get there. Amazing and caring staff.
