While this Target location was located near the cabin rental we were staying at, we were disappointed with the selection of food items that they had available. We went there for a very short list of items: bottled water, sugar, a deck of cards, coffee creamer and hot sauce. They had everything that we needed but only in large quantities or if they had a smaller container or quantity available, the price didn't make sense for us to purchase it. We were able to purchase a 6-pack of Ice Mountain water for a decent price, but the only container of sugar that they had was a 4 or 5 lb. bag. I was looking for a small canister like what you might see near the coffee pot in an office. We found the cards, but they were only sold in 2-packs. We have lots of cards at home, but forgot to bring them. We didn't want to buy two packs. The coffee creamers were all pretty large, except for the half and half, which I was not able to convince my husband to select (not Target's fault). Lastly, was the hot sauce...only big bottles available. I just wanted a small, purse-sized bottle to use at the cabin. I left without hot sauce and sugar.I guess the moral to the story is, instead of attempting to force people to buy large quantities or bigger packages, offer a smaller variety and get the sell!

Jane K is an older employee who doesn't know how to ring things up and rudely snapped at me, the customer because her screen didn't show if a total was before sales tax or not. Other employee had to fix it.

Staff were rude to my pregnant wife, and they refused to accommodate her when she had to use the bathroom. She's pregnant, and she had our toddler with her. When she attempted to use the family bathroom she found it was not being cleaned, to the point where she couldn't use it. She went to another bathroom & brought the cart in to hold the baby. Staff angrily confronted her for bringing the cart in. She mentioned the state of the family bathroom to two staff members who refused to address it and continued to act unprofessionally. She ended up leaving the Target and driving home because staff wouldn't accommodate her.

This target had way more street cred back in the early 2000s. There was once an employee there (let's call him Mr.M) that used to make that place as delicious as flavor flav's chicken. You knew when he was working without even seeing him...u would just walk down the aisles and you would smell michael Jordan cologne and Pabst blue ribbon. That smell was a panty dropper and boy did he make dem panties drop. He invented the phrase hit it and quit it and even created the abbreviated version that was just quit it. Ladies have less to worry about these days in btown

I don't think there's ever been a time where I've had a bad experience in this Target. It's well-organized, clean, and priced pretty reasonably. Sure, it may be fairly small, but they still manage to fit a wide variety of products into one fantastic store in the College Mall. Perhaps its best quality, though, would be how kind its workers are. It's not uncommon for the cashiers to ask you how your day is going, or to have a good conversation with the Starbucks employees while you wait on your drink. They all seem to enjoy creating a connection with people--something that is becoming far less common in the modern world. All in all, this is an excellent Target, and one I highly recommend for anything you might need!

I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1, only because the staff is really great, helpful and friendly. However, I have gotten bad produce from this target twice now. I got a bag of sweet onions the last time and 3 out of 5 was spoiled. First time the avocados were bad. Beware of this if you order for pickup.

Great location! The grocery and items, as well as plethora of shopping items makes this a one stop shop. Very easy checkout and always a friendly greeter at the door! Awesome experience and my favorite store in the city!

I went to get white strips but when I got home and opened the box. There were no white strips to be found. I am so angry and upset, I spent 20$ on these and now I can't even get my money back

This place gets points just for being good corporate citizens during the COVID World Tour 2020. They limit the number of customers and marking stickers on the ground six feet apart indicating where to stand in line

I grew up spoiled having a SuperTarget five minutes from my house. They had great fruit selection, excellent signage and tons of checkout counters. This is not the same. While I enjoy Target and it's bright red vibes, I much prefer Kroger in Bloomington for food as it is wayyyy easier.

Clean store that is perfect for dorm room needs! I was in search of some nice towels and toiletries. Where Kroger failed, Target succeeded.

The only phone store where the staff didn't lie to me or try to upsell me. I took my current phone in and was told that my plan was too large/expensive based on my current phone use. Very much appreciated the honesty of the staff.

Went in Target to buy a cellphone. Clerk was condescending and finally said he would not get a cellphone out of its clear lockbox for us to see unless we told him we would buy it!!!!

How does one come to Target and spend under $50?? There are things you had no idea you needed-orange flower pot?! Have to have it! Mickey lotion-A MUST HAVE and don't you DARE walk out of of Target without the new specialty flavor of Oreos cookies!! (This time it was rocky road-in an Oreo. ) I went in for supplies for bingo that I am hosting for seniors (not high school seniors, they are not near cool enough for bingo). I had a bit of trouble finding items that are cheap-usually they have the $$ bin at the front but there is a mad rush now for school supplies. Those ARE for seniors and not the bingo playing kind. I spent a bit more than I usually do for bingo but the quality is better so I think it evens out-hopefully the seniors are happy! Stay tuned! Oh-a bit about the store-always clean, the staff here are some of the friendliest people ever, I always have a great experience and I love their stance on life in general. The selection of products is outstanding, always our go to for shopping even tho it's on the other side of town. Go Target! #teamtarget
