The guy Nick that I worked with was very helpful and he did everything he could to get me the best deal because my contract is almost up. I'm going to wait but I'm definitely going to go back to him to get my upgraded phone and everything. He did a great job he was nice friendly and knowledgeable. He was also training a new person at the same time and he didn't let that get in the way of our conversation.

Abysmal experience. We came in to get a new plan, some new phones and internet. Real simple, should've been a painless affair; instead we were there for just over two hours before the first phone was even activated. Between alleged system issues and other delays, this was easily the worst interaction I've ever had with a mobile service provider. Highly recommend using another location, for sure.Addendum: final time in-store was closer to three hours.

T-Mobile Is a garbage company. Customer service is worst than Comcast, if you can believe it. I have $50 a month 5G T-Mobile Home Internet. I wanted to add data to iPad I got, thinking it'd be $10 or $15 extra a money, ends up being $65. When I find out, I try to cancel. Well they ask for the last 4 digits of my SSN #. I give it to them, they say it's wrong. They say there's no way to change it, except to visit a store. I drive 40 minutes to this location. Talk to Dylan Marion, show him my passport, driver license, and social security card. He puts a memo in my account. Says all I'll need to do is call and they'll see the memo and be able to change my social security number to the correct one. Well I call the 800 number, the lady says, that's not how it's suppose to be done, that I'll have to drive back 40 minutes, because Dylan or someone at the T-mobile store, will have to call and go a phone verification process over the phone while I'm there! I thought Xfinity and Comcast was bad, well Xfinity and Comcast customer service, never ever made me go into a store in the 10 years I used them. Stay away from T-Mobile, at all costs!

They are the worst store to go the people in there don't know what they talking. If you want to lose all of your photos and data saved then they people you. Do not go to this place you will lose everything on your phone like me and they don't care. DO NOT GO HERE THERE IS PLACES YOU CAN GO AND GET NEW PHONE I SUGGEST BEST BUY I WENT THEM LAST TIME DIDN'T LOSE A SINGLE THING WITH BUT IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE.

I love the service you get at the College Mall location. All the reps there are so nice, and they do their best to not over-sell to get more sales. You tell them what you're looking for and they set you up with what their best deal is. I got their internet plan and it's awesome - FREE wifi box and it's powerful. So, high praise to all the staff at the store for getting things I needed together and for a great price! Very easy process.

Gave a 1 star for this store because zero is not an option. We started as sprint customers and we're trying to upgrade a phone for 5 g. The customer service representative didn't seem to care if he helped or not And was very little help as he didn't know much about the products offered. In fact he told use the website because he didn't know. As one of the older generation I am somewhat technically impared when to comes to current technology. That's why I got the store. After an argument and intervention of the store manager we got a phone ordered. UPS says they delivered it to the store and when we tried to pick it up they say they don't have it. Tried to call the store after they were supposed to be open with no answer. Customer service called and they say the store hours are central time. So what kind of idiots are on eastern time do that. Very poor service at college mall store

I had the BEST experience at this location with Amy. I was on a strict time limit and she ensured that all of my needs where met in that time frame. On top of the exceptional service with my phone, Amy was also very conversational and made my time enjoyable! 10/10 recommend Amy.

Best T-Mobile location in Bloomington. Thank you to the friendly and kind staff for clearing up a horrible situation that transpired at the West Side location. We were ready to leave T-Mobile but the positive experience here changed our minds.

We have had nothing but great service with Allison at T-mobile. She is phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable and knows the in and outs of the programs. If there is a problem she will get to the bottom of it! She is top notch in our book!

The manger is a crock ! He gave me a plug in for a car as a gift to for switching my 4 lines service from AT&T despite the fact I told him I don’t need it because I have a new car and he insisted to take since it’s free , I found out later that I was charged for it , went back to the store but he’s not with the company anymore, spoke with an associate about the situation and was told the new manager will contact me in less than a week, never happened! Turned in my AT&T & sprint phones never got credit for due to wrong paperwork they filed for me with their company and I’m out of $1670 because of that , filling a lawsuit and bbb complaint, crooks all the way around.
