I have used this facility many times and have never had a single issue. Amanda, from Facility #2117 has always been a huge help anytime I have had questions or needed assistance. Extra Space is definitely my go to for any storage needs. Definitely recommend them!

Clean facility. The guy on site was friendly and helpful. It is climate controlled so feels great inside. Plenty of space for the price. Also they got some great tunes playing inside so you can jam while moving stuff.

Very clean and well managed storage units. Overhead loading area with flatbed was a great help for inside climate controlled units. Tyler was so helpful and nice!!

The outside of the building has a flashing open sign and branded everywhere "24/7 storage," but not if it's between the hours of 10pm-6am, you can't access your stuff that you pay $200+/m for. Before they were bought out by Extra Space you could access your things, on your own time.And they will try to argue that they are keeping out squatters and homeless. That's a lie because you have to have a code made by them to get in the building. And if someone is then still squatting, that's on Storage Express for not watching their cameras.Or another defence I was given was, "the 24/7 is for the customer service." If I don't have 24/7 access, what is the point in 24/7 customer service?Change your building signs because you are false advertising. Or allow the access you advertise for your climate controlled units.

We’ve had decent experiences with this storage unit for the past few months we’ve used it. The facility is clean and has easy access. Unfortunately, our monthly bill went from $127 to $207 - an $80 difference. I understand that in this economy inflation is affecting everything; however, not informing customers about the implementation of such drastic price changes is unsettling. No emails, no phone calls, no mail letters were sent to inform us of the price increase. After contacting customer service, we were finally made aware of the price increase. The young woman did what she could and was only able to get us down to a $180 monthly bill. The new prices are a bit ridiculous and I would recommend potential customers look elsewhere, I know we will.

IU parents - buyer beware - they are not truthful and do not give partial months even when told an end date at booking. Horrible customer service!! Not as clean or climate controlled as Extra Space Storage (hallways are hot and humid) and just as close to IU. Not as many carts or parking as Extra Space Storage. Have used Extra Space Storage before and will use them again - will not use Storage Express again.

Storages are actually nice it's just the pricing is a little outrageous I think if you call around town you'll find a lot more places a lot more reasonable when it comes to pricing
