Highly recommend! Never an issue that couldn’t be solved with a simple phone call. Have always been treated with respect and treated as being just as important as anyone else. Simple and easy! Always clean and ready for my stuff! No problems yet and I don’t expect to have any in the future! Great group of people.

So far it's been great. Customer service is great. Access was easy. I haven't moved out yet, but I received a great promo price for a month. Only negative is that the ceiling of unit is wire fencing that could be cut into easily. I'm sure they have good cameras, but if someone got out with it then you still could lose your things even if it's covered. Otherwise it's a great storage unit.

It is a good company to store your belongings!
You can practically do everything yourself without talking to anyone since this company has no gate or codes for entry and exit.

Really nice facility. One of the best storage places I've been and I buy storage auctions. No leaky roof, and no signs of rodents, or other pest. I would give it a perfect 10.

Now my storage has went up double and Ill make a trip there to remove my belongings. Was better b4 Extra Space storage took over. I despise EXTRA SPACE STORAGE! If I knew they were gonna buy it I would have never placed my belongings there!!! Problem is I'm not near now‼️

Needed a last minute storage unit and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful, friends and they gave a really fair price.Ended up not needing the storage unit and they were able to give me a partial refund (even though my agreement said non refundable). Seriously some of the best interactions I’ve had in costumer service and made my move that much easier. :)
