We had originally shopped here because they are a local family-owned business and they have a nice selection of LazyBoy furniture. We bought a floor model to save a little bit of money...that was our first mistake. The sectional had defects to the legs, which we were told would be fixed before delivery. Delivery day rolls around and we're told they didn't have the brackets to fix them and had to order them. This was a bummer, but we were fine with waiting. We were told by Dylan that it would be a week or two, which then turned into almost 2 months. Highly inconvenient and not once did they own up to their mistakes or try to make it right. He kept stringing us along for months with almost no updates during this time. We were honestly worried that they were scamming us. We constantly had to reach out to him to check on the status and set up a date for them to come make the repairs. They would not answer our calls. Just terrible customer service. Had they done everything they could to make it right or offer us a discount etc. for the inconvenience, they may have had a returning customer. Instead we will not be buying from them again or recommending this business to anyone. The only good experience we had was with their delivery and repair team. They were kind, respectable, and helpful without complaint and took the time to answer our questions. It was not their fault that this happened, just the management team at the store could use some improvements. Stay away from this business

I purchased a $1000 plus recliner several months ago. I also paid for insurance for it. It broke about five months ago and requested a service visit which took several weeks. They said.it would take a few weeks for it to come in. It has been months since that visit a the chair has not been used for months.I am an old retired NFL injured player. This chair was bought for my injuries to relax.. Stalhs sales person recommend the insurance for such an expensive chair, but after 5 months we are not sure insurance is real.We just brought the chair back and left it in their showroom.Who do we call to.bring some legal protection for this case? The Attorney General, Monroe county courts, RT6 television help line , who? They have run us in circles!Carl Barzilauskas

This building is actually the warehouse for Stahl's Furniture Store. It's not really open to the public.
