You can expect ease with ordering, quality print jobs, professionalism that makes you nervous about how much you're about to spend, and a final price that makes you feel they gave you their family discount.They are courteous and review your project to offer advice on minor modifications that will improve the print quality. I appreciate the patience they show when helping me navigate through these changes, as I am not very tech savvy.They are thoughtful and notice things that show they are invested in your print. For example: they noticed that my project was an unusual size for it's intended purpose, and asked me if I'd like to change that. They scaled it down for me without altering the image. I also was unfamiliar with their operating hours, but they noticed the date of my event and were considerate of the fact I would need it done sooner then I thought. I wouldnt have enough time to distribute otherwise, and I'm so glad they caught this. They were accommodating and got it done same day!You can tell this company employs hard working people passionate about their job.
