The email the manufacturer sent me was very difficult for the young man who helped us open but he was very helpful. He worked with me until he was able to print out the correct labels. He took a bad thing and made it a good experience for us.”

“When I walked in a young fella was taking up a box he didn't smile or anything he just said be right with you... I'm thinking yep he probably hates his job lol. I couldn't have been more wrong, he was very friendly and when I said wow that's a pretty plant he told me what kind it was and said thank you. So evidently he had a hand in lobby decor as there were several beautiful plants placed. I love to be wrong, especially when I pre judge. Good hire UPS!”
