I'd rate it zero if possible. I placed an online order for 8 items. None of the items were listed as low stock. A full 6 days after I placed the order I got a notification that 2 out of the 8 were sold out!!! Customer service offered to let me shop for other items.... I wanted the items I ordered for Christmas gifts. I am taking my business to Macy's or Penny's. Perhaps they actually value their customers and can pull ordered items FASTER than 6 days!

Every time I go in I’m greeted by Brylie. She’s super nice and always knows what I’m looking for. She also works very hard bc if she’s not with a customer she’s fast at doing her business.
