There might not be a more competent, attentive and caring person to work with in the mortgage lending world. I have worked with Scott for one home purchase and two home refinances and each as been smooth as can be. Scott works hard, is available at seemingly every hour and is just a really good human. What a guy! Got my clients to the closing table in 32 days after having to change lenders 2 weeks into a deal. Let's not leave out that participating parties were in different states and contractors agreements were involved. Way to make it happen Scott!
