Fully stocked, clean, nice employees. The little cafe has the BEST pizza and the crispiest Dr. Pepper. For like $2.

They used to help you unload your stuff on to the belt at the cashier's and then load them back into your cart. For that purpose, they even built their checkouts in a way that you leave your cart on one side and you walk on the other side where you go pay for the things. Lately though, cashiers not only do not even attempt to put any of your stuff onto the belt, they even get annoyed if you don't do it yourself. There are only a couple of these cashier's anyway because the majority of checkouts are self pay where you have to be your own cashier. When I have a lot of stuff and am too tired to work as a cashier myself, I now cannot even go to those cashier places since, as I said, they will expect you to load and unload your stuff. They do not lift a finger as you try to put your stuff into the cart and they immediately start ringing the next person's purchases. It's ridiculous how these multi billion companies try to save money by expecting you to do these things instead of hiring more cashiers.

This Sam’s Club is great! If you are buying in bulk in Bloomington this is your spot. The staff are kind and helpful, and I usually find something I didn’t think I needed. I love their seasonal plates!

I usually absolutely love Sam's club. especially their whole pizzas for a quick dinner after work. But the past month they have stopped making pizzas after 3pm. Lots of people work until 4 or 5 pm. Why did they stop making them? are they taking the whole pizza option off the menu? If not why are they not being sold?

I absolutely LOVE the scan and go feature when I use the app in this store. Pop my item in the cart, scan the barcodes until I'm done shopping, swipe right, and boom. Walk right to the door. In and out. Staff is helpful, store is clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they don't carry the Starbucks Frappuccino VANILLA here, only the Mocha. So if I want the Vanilla, I need to drive almost an hour to the Sam's in Columbus. The little Cafe is good too and cheap to feed the kiddos while we are shopping. And might I suggest their pizza from the Cafe too! Yum!

I'll start by saying I'm a Sams Club fan, and think the products and employees are generally great. But trying to leave this club after a shopping trip is a hassle. The exit scanner system doesn't work half the time, or they're understaffed. It shouldn't take 5-10 minutes to leave a store walking 100feet. It ruins the experience.

Great store. Don't waste your money on the pre made salads though.

My only complaint is that the self checkout lanes only take credit cards. I wish it was posted somewhere before you wait in the line. Like at Walmart where it says "cash only". This also applies to gift cards, you have to go to a teller line. This way the entitled customers behind you don't harass you for wanting to use the payment opition you choose.

This is my go to store! They always have pretty much everything I need. The produce is always fresh & they have the best deals on meat. I always recommend a Sam’s Club membership to everyone I know!!

Beware: Never Buy Tires Here! They have some of the worst customer service here. I used to buy all my tires here, but never again. They don't honor their "lifetime" balance, rotation, and tire flat repair service once they get to a certain level of Sam's Club standards. I believe that number is 30%, but don't quote me on it. I have had to take my tires to other tire shops to do the rotation and repairs they should be covering. I had a screw in the tire one time, the tech at the independent tire company said that Sam's club service agreement is a scam, that it was a no Brainerd to fix the tire they refused to fix due to Sam's safety standards. Those other tire shops would love to have our business so they will get it moving forward. On one occasion we bought TPM sensors from Sam's club on all 4 wheels but they didn't work. Sam's just told us it wasn't the sensors and told us to take it to the dealership to have it fixed, as they could not fix it. The dealership said it wasn't the car it was the sensors. Of course the dealership would sell us new sensors too! I didn't want to pay for something I physically could not see, since they are inside the tire how do I know if they actually fixed them I want Sam's Club to fix the problem. Took them back to Sam's and they told us to take it to the dealership again, we went back and forth between the dealership and Sam's club 3 times. Finally, I had to physically yell at the manager (which I hate to do) and demand my money back to get any kind of service. He went over to talk to the repairmen, and wouldn't you know it 20 minutes later they worked after the 4th visit. It was Sam's club with the issue all along! After 3 trips to the dealership, and 4 trips to Sam's I promised myself never again, as they gave no compensation or even an apology. Unfortunately, I bought one more set of tires from them like an idiot after i cooled down last time, and here we are again. They won't honor a "Lifetime" agreement. Maybe an independent lawyer should take a look at their lifetime standards?!Of course after Sam's refuses to service your vehicle they will be glad to sell you a new set of tires, not me, and I hope not you!
