The the management is extremely rude. We've got tires from them a year ago and are now having issues.We will be switching our membership to Costco, I hear great things about them.So long Sam's club.

Horrible experience. Highly do not recommend this place. Disrespectful and disgusting attitudes. Ordered 4 new tires, James was excellent calling us to let us know they were in and got us scheduled quickly. Jeff, is rude, distasteful with business, and ignorant. Refused to do the job because of "swollen" lug nuts. Jeff didn't even TRY to take them off, just simply refused service. Well, lets recall the weather the last couple days - sunny and 50 to 35 and rain in a matter of a day?! Of course there is a chance they will be swollen. USE A DIFFERENT SOCKET. It really isn't that difficult but the experience here will make sure we never return and will definitely share how AWFUL Jeff is. Jeff was born under a rock just a few hours ago. Jeff was worried about damaging a socket - Sams Club provides all their techs tools..... lazy bum.

I was so impressed with the costumer service. Cameron was the one who mainly helped me, but everyone I met was super helpful. They were so helpful and tried to get me the lowest price they could for a quality tire replacement. They also were able to squeeze me in last minute and were able to change all of my tires and look at some other issue in the car in 30 minutes. Very impressed.

I went to Sam's club tire and battery today and it was some of the best costumer service I have seen in a while. Cameron was especially helpful to me but everyone was super nice. They were very helpful and saved me a lot of money. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. Totally would recommend for all auto needs.

Why is it that 2-4 of the pumps at the gas station at this location are always down with a cone in front of it? This leads to a 5+ minute wait every time you need to fill up. The store itself is fine, but water seems to never be in stock, and fresh items to take home and cook also seem to be hit and miss at times.

First (and only) tire installation at Sam's Club: Garbage check-in (for an appointment), where employees make it clear they don't care about customer's experience or their own jobs. Shuffled around from employee to employee and register to register. After a completely convoluted check-in process in told it will be an hour wait. Ha! I've done these rodeos before at Costco, I know it will be an hour and a half at least. After buying some odds and ends, I complete shopping at about an hour and half. I ask the employee I checked- in with off my car is nearly done. He says they are almost done, so I proceed outside to wait. If I knew then what was about to go down I would have returned everything I just bought, who knows, I may still. My son and I go outside to wait, and see that the employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are trying, and failing at installing the spare on another customer's car. After an obnoxious amount of time they figure out how to return the tire to its position under the car again. Good news, my car is next, or is it? Nope a douche canoe shows up and parks behind my car's bay. SUPRISE! these tire guys really love the vibe this guy gives off and now he's next! Nevermind that my car is now done and I had an appointment parking in front of the bay demands IMMEDIATE service. Needless to say I won't be back, I'll take my business to Costco, and remind myself next time that you are just Walmart afterall.

The employees very, very rude. I know we are all under a lot of stress but don't take your anger out on customers. I asked a simple question to customer service and got all kinds of attitude from them. Also even though we are under a mask mandate Sams Club is letting people shop there. PROFITS BEFORE PANDEMIC SAFETY. I'm canceling my membership.
