Had a small ding in my windshield. Had it filled. Left the store and within a few miles noticed a crack that was about six inches long in my windshield and three more dings that were not there before. Had to pay for a new windshield.

Scheduled very promptly , service tech was very friendly and professional. However, I paid over $200.00 for my service and the chip in my windshield looks exactly as it did before “repair”.
I did sign a waiver that states it may not take all of the break out, but this didn’t take any out. Had I known before hand I would have actually waited and let the crack get bigger to warrant a replacement windshield. I was trying to avoid that, but the repair I was charged for was a waist of money.

What took me so long? I kept putting off replacing the windshield on my 2007 Motorhome. Finally, this past Sunday, I dedicated some time to search for a glass installer who could come to my house for the job. After scheduling an appointment for the following day and answering a few simple questions, Safelite reached out to confirm the details. They assured me someone would be at my house between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.
On Monday, the Glass Technician, James, called around noon to let me know he'd arrive in 30 minutes. True to his word, he showed up on time, and we met in the driveway. Despite my initial hesitation to distract him with questions about the process, James encouraged me to ask, ensuring me he'd still do an excellent job. Our conversation turned to our military backgrounds - mine in the Army, his in the Marines - and we bonded over shared experiences. Even with my inquiries, James efficiently replaced the windshield, demonstrating his skill and pride in working for Safelite.
Throughout the process, James was polite, patient, and meticulously detailed. If Safelite continues to employ professionals like James, I won't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Many thanks to James and Safelite for making this experience hassle-free.

They are terrible. DO NOT GET YOUR WINDSHIELD FIXED HERE! They damaged my car 7 months ago and still waiting to get it fixed due to lack of parts. Will be taking to court if not resolved soon! I would give zero stars if I could. Trust me they are terrible!

Very happy because the technician put in extra effort to find and remove a piece of broken glass interfering with the rear door. The technician working on the glass kept us informed and a second technician checked on us while we waited comfortably in their shop.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Came here for a chipped-windshield repair. The repair was quick, the windshield is structurally sound again, and the original chip is barely noticeable. Finally, and maybe most importantly: the price was fair.

They changed my windshield out last year but reused the 30yo gasket instead of replacing it. Now I have water on my floor and they are refusing to do warranty work on it due to "rust issues" that don't exist.Could have swapped the gasket when they had it out a year ago, but didn't. Now I have to waste peoples time by taking it to a body shop for nothing? I'd rather go somewhere else.
