Had a small ding in my windshield. Had it filled. Left the store and within a few miles noticed a crack that was about six inches long in my windshield and three more dings that were not there before. Had to pay for a new windshield.

Made the appointment online. The appointment was pretty painless. It did not take very long and I feel better knowing that the chip won’t get bigger.

Very happy because the technician put in extra effort to find and remove a piece of broken glass interfering with the rear door. The technician working on the glass kept us informed and a second technician checked on us while we waited comfortably in their shop.
