Great people. Great prices. Great service. Trustworthy.
You never get that anymore.
$29 to check the car. My dealer charges $286. Turns out the battery drain was from Starlink and the work around was no charge so in the end I didn't even pay the $29 exam fee.
$69 for an oil change that is $140 these days at Jiffy Lube.
$52 to install new air filters when they cost more than that at auto parts stores.
$6.59 for a drain plug? Do you guys know you're a car dealership and normally car dealerships would charge WAY over $30 for the same $6.59 oil plug?
And got it back in one day. Amazing.
I cannot thank Bryan Mayes and the whole team enough.
When your kid is 2,000 miles away at college and has car trouble, you worry.
With Royal Subaru, don't worry. Be happy.

Sold me a car and check engine light came on driving it home. Brought it in for check engine light now I have a massive coolant leak and it’s been back 5 times and they didn’t fix it. Said free diagnostic then said $1900 to even diagnose it. It was not leaking coolant before they “fixed” the check engine light. Basically saying it sucks for us because we bought it with no warranty and only want to give us less than half what we paid for it from them two months ago and try to roll that into a new car loan like a shady business. I would avoid at all costs.

Very Unprofessional. Paul in the parts department was beyond rude. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Accused me of being an outside sales rep, when I was looking to talk to a manager to help me fix a problem.

I have called 3 times (once a week for the past 3 weeks) to set up an appointment. When called I asked if they accept my warranty. The representative said that they could not answer my question. That they would have to refer me to their service supervisor and that I would receive a call back. They assured me that they marked my file as priority. I have yet to receive any form of communication from any of my calls in the past 3 weeks. Worst customer support experience I’ve had. I would give zero stars if I could. Taking my business elsewhere!

Quoted $1050 before tax on chewed wiring that was completed for <$300. I had been there twice before for the same issue and both services did not cost that much. Next time I'll let my car break down, at least my insurance will ask for less.

They have had my car 3 times and have paid over 2k and it's doing the same thing.... Service tech over 40 years... something isn't adding up here and I'd advise Everyone to stay away here the lady at the front desk is rude as well.
