Great customer service in sales and finance dept. I worked with Jeremy who was very thorough. He even came in on his day off!I have no experience in service dept. wand will review again when I do.

They have had my car 3 times and have paid over 2k and it's doing the same thing.... Service tech over 40 years... something isn't adding up here and I'd advise Everyone to stay away here the lady at the front desk is rude as well.

I just love their customer service representatives. The people in the service department are very personable, attentive and do not treat you as just another number coming through to set an appointment. I appreciate the time they take to assess your issue with your vehicle.

Worst Subaru dealership in the US. Customer service doesn’t exist at all unless you’re buying new that day. Coming back the next day? You no longer matter. Did you get an extended warranty from Subaru for $5,000? Well hopefully you don’t want to use it here. The service department does not answer the phone. Ever. I literally mean ever. Maybe you should leave a voicemail? Don’t bother, I left 3 over a weeks time and no one contacted me. Reception is the absolute worst. The person working the phones the evening of 5/3 has no business being in customer service. She clearly hates her job and doesn’t even provide the slightest bit of service. She needs to be in the back of a kitchen where she can be rude and no one will see it. Not being able to get ahold of your service department for more than a week is unacceptable. And your receptionist telling me “Well they’re busy, what do you want them to do?” Maybe if they’re too busy to answer the phone or return voicemails they should have someone schedule for them. I have only ever had a positive outlook on Subaru but after my experience with this dealership, I will look to get away from the brand. They clearly don’t check out their dealerships and allow them to run like a short staffed Kmart. No customer service, ghetto, rude, entitled, employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a disappointment. Hopefully management can get their act together and not have people like this working for them and actually have people to answer the phone in departments. STAY AWAY! Beware! I will be submitting a complaint to Subaru. How sad.

I can't recommend Royal Subaru in Bloomington for service. Twice now, my Outback has been returned to me with black oil stains on the ivory interior. This shouldn't have happened once, let alone twice. After letting them know about it this last time, they offered to clean it (the absolute least they could do) and give me a $22 reimbursement for "time and gas." I'm baffled that that was their solution to a loyal customer of several years. Drew was very apathetic on the phone, which made this all feel disingenuous. With that being said, my husband and I will be taking our business to Greenwood. (Photos attached from both times.)

Put simply here is why I rated Subaru Royal 3 stars…because I’ve encountered business/mechanics who don’t try and nudge you to dump $$$ on repairs that can be held off for a while, and help you prioritize repairs that are vital.With a full diagnostic test (that took 24 hours to receive) I was sent a appraisal of $2,549.10, I was ready to get a second opinion on what is most important for now. I had owned my Subaru for under 60 days and was not about to just lose another 2.5k. Subaru Royal put on the pressure that I must do all repairs to drive my vehicle. Turns out this was not the case. I have no regrets of going elsewhere for help. If you like to dump $$ go to Subaru Royal for help.

I have been going here for over a year now to get service supplies for my Crosstrek. The parts desk is helpful and also have nice “gift” ideas as well, hats and mugs and such.

We had a low tire pressure warning on our way to an IU football game on Saturday October 15. After attempting to fill it at 2 service stations' "paid air" with no success we pulled into this dealership. We were promptly treated to air and had all of our tires checked. The technicians were so kind and friendly. We appreciated their service! Thank you!!

I just bought a new Outback with Royal Subaru and had a wonderful experience! Joe B was incredibly helpful, calm and honest. He didn’t pressure or rush us, but gave lots of information to help us make an informed decision. We paid exactly what we were originally told it would cost, with complete transparency and no unnecessary fees. Brendan in the finance department was equally as helpful and did a great job helping us make decisions about financing and the warranty.Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Royal Subaru!
