We took our BMW in for an oil change that took 10 days to get our car back. We never once had a problem with this beauty. After receiving our car back, everything started to go wrong with it. Costing us thousands of dollars to get fixed. I suspected sabotage, but couldn’t prove it. Took it to a different mechanic and they did clarify that. Yes the parts that needed to be replaced was due to sabotage.

Blade replacement was supposed to be 75 but it ended up being 400. I was upset shortly thereafter it broke again and I was going to be charged again. My father called and the owner said he would do it for free. Since then my father passed and I went in and the owner was kind and compassionate and fixed it immediately. Just to be clear my car was serviced at this shop the guy urinal was the mechanic I am an engineer by trade I was in Bloomington working for the federal government this guy is not a factory mechanic he is a self proclaimed Mercedes specialist and he sucks he ripped me off I was having computer problems he charges way too much to fail to repair the car I'm out 70k on a new car because my old one blew an engine because of urinals mistake he did not stand good for his failure do not take a new car here he sucks

This is the best Mercedes shop in Indiana and one of the best in the country. I have been going here for 15 years, they are honest and fair and professional. Price is on the high end as it should be! They are THE BEST! If you love your Mercedes/BMW- you must take it to Quality Import Service.

Best in town with fair pricing. Did service A here about two months ago for my cls. The owner is very friendly and professional. Today my coolant sign came on and he topped it off for me with no charge. Definitely recommended if you care about your car.Services: Oil change

The guy urn did not check the oil in my car and said it was fixed it was not. My benz didn't make it home after paying a 1200 $ mechanic bill don't take your car to urn to fix you will be out 70.000 for a new car and out the money he charges there just sorry people in tiny little rip off shop my experience with them was an expensive lesson .trusting this goof is a rip off nothing more .

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Literally saved us. He poured hours into helping us out. Not only did he stick with it, he did it with such a great attitude. I would recommend this service over any!! You’re not dealing with any big corporation dealership, but a small business that deserves the biggest credit!!
