Check in easy, backing easy, wait time sucks. Finished unloading me in 20 minutes, but sat in the dock several hours waiting for bills, not even half a trailer. Fine by me, they started paying me $25/hr detention after the first two. By all means take your time, you're the ones losing money making me sit here.

03/28/24, 03:00 appointment, arrived at 21:00, checked in at 22:00, docked at 22:30, paid lumper fee via hard check, received call to get paperwork at 03:00, overnight parking after unloaded.

The frozen receiving clerk is downright rude. I mean rude.Besides that the place opens at 10pm. Took 90 min to unload 5 pallets. No bathroom for truckers. No overnight parking. Gate at street locked until 9pm.Not a place I would recommend…
